Do I still need a separate invoicing tool?
No. Once a job is finished, GlazenPlanning automatically creates the right invoice: a PDF by email for private customers, or an e-invoice via your accounting software for business customers.
Does every invoice have to go via Peppol?
No. Peppol is only required between businesses (B2B). If you work — like most window cleaners — mainly for private customers, GlazenPlanning simply sends a PDF invoice by email. Have a business customer with a VAT number? Then GlazenPlanning connects to your accounting software, which handles the Peppol link.
Does this work on my phone?
Yes. GlazenPlanning works directly in your browser, including on site. No app store, no installation — add it to your home screen and it works like an app.
Can I track inventory or materials?
Deliberately not. GlazenPlanning is built for window cleaning and facade cleaning, where you work with time and basic materials (bucket, squeegee, washer) rather than a stock list — that keeps the app fast and simple.
